Treat yourself to a break between mountains, vines and forests

Come out into nature, nourish your body with deeply relaxing yoga practice and let your palate be pampered by the savoir-vivre of the French Valais. 

This retreat will be led by Anika and Tapashi. Anika teaches both an activating morning practice and a relaxing Yin Yoga practice at the end. Alternatively, you can practice Qigong, creative writing and mantras with Tapashi instead of Yin Yoga. Please note that the classes with Tapashi take place in English or, upon request, in French.

There are two yoga classes every day.

The morning practice is about activation, while we relax a little more in the evening.

In the evening you have the choice between quiet yin yoga (led by Anika, German) or qigong, creative writing and mantras (led by Tapashi, English).

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel Balance is located in the middle of the Swiss Alps, near Martigny at an altitude of 1100 meters.

The beautiful location not only offers magnificent views, but also relaxing walks and hikes. If you prefer to unwind, you can do so in the hotel's own herb garden or in the natural pool.
