Movement Medicine
This is a simple yet energetic practice to channel the energy of life (prana / qi) in the body to release stored blockages, and soothe the vagus nerve. The practice guides you into self-healing through conscious movements in deep inner stillness. The postures and movements create conscious fatigue in specific muscle groups which may then tremble and shake during the practice, thus releasing old, calcified structures stuck in the body-mind.
Coaching & Mentoring
Reconnecting you with You, Tapashi helps you understand your inner functioning. Her coaching approach is gentle, led through questions which ask you delve deeper within. Expect to leave empowered with simple tools to help you step into your most fulfilled self, and create a deeply meaningful and purposeful life.
Nidra healing
Our subconscious is an enormous vault of information that helps us give meaning and make sense of the world we navigate. There are a number of ways of accessing this information and recoding it consciously, using the body and the mind as tools. One of them is Nidra - the yoga of conscious sleep. Tapashi uses mudras (energetic gestures) and simple meditative techniques to help you reach into the potent sleep-state and re-programme limiting patterns of thought and action.
