Emotions & Trauma Release
Emotions live in your body
Emotions that aren't expressed or released, stay in the fabric of your body, and manifest as discomfort or pain. While different kinds of memories/information is stored or expressed in different parts of the body, the most common ones I come across are the ones in the sacral region (lower back).
And we forget to let go. We continue functioning from old emotional memories ranging from mild to traumatic, often re-creating familiar yet painful patterns in our lives.

The online, guided trauma-release sessions help let go of subconscious patterns, long-held tensions, emotions and trauma through different techniques. Emotional release can be a painful process for some, and it often takes time to reprogramme the subconscious memories. These online sessions require active participation from the client, are complemented by follow-up exercises.
If you would like to have more information or reserve a session, please write to me in a direct message.

"Tapashi was a beautiful revelation. Her intuition and kindness put me at total ease. I was open and ready and therefore willing to go with the flow. After the treatment I felt like I’d had an out of body experience - seriously. My dreams that night were a kaleidoscope. Very powerful. I would recommend her without reservation."

"Tapashi immediately made me feel at ease and the session unfolded in a very relaxed and unobtrusive manner. The memories and attached emotions which surfaced and then were released, were both unexpected and beautiful in their significance for me"

"I was rather skeptical of the idea of trauma release by massage. However, I was open to trying. I found the experience both pleasant and a bit unpleasant, easy and difficult. I do think the benefits from the sessions would be best with a series of sessions and not just one"
